For the success of your next event, our Food and Beverages Department can assist you with everything involved in your banquet, from planning to production. We can provide you with state of the art audio and visual tools hi speed internet, sound systems, video projection, stages, dance floors, podiums, flags, etc. We are happy to assist you in coordinating specialized services, such as simultaneous translation, closed circuit TV, teleconferences, and special lighting. You will always have the assistance of our friendly staff throughout your events.
VIP Floor
The executivefloor of the hotel – the 17th floor - provides our guests with a comfortable gathering and meeting space, with air conditioning, lecture and television rooms, Parisian balcony, high speed internet, and other services that make the space calm, unique and exclusive.
Ceibas Meeting Room
The CEIBAS meeting room is an excellent option for any kind of reunion, social or business event. The CEIBAS meeting room is comfortably suited for seminars, symposiums, conferences, parties, weddings, birthdays, or other celebrations. Its practical design provides 3 modules that allow adjustments for individual event needs. Configurations can accommodate from 40 to 180 people.
Corales Meeting Room
The Corales meeting room is special because of its generosity of space, allowing stages to be setup, and taking maximum advantage of its area. The Corales meeting room provides room for 190 people in an auditorium configuration, 140 people in assembly room configuration, 170 people in banquet configuration or 120 people in party configuration.
Palma Azul Meeting Room
The Palma Azul Meeting Room is notable for its informal and fresh environment. It is located on the 8th floor, which includes our spectacular spa area. As with our other meeting rooms, it includes WI-FI, air conditioning, a projection screen, podium, flags and everything you will need for a successful event. In its auditorium configuration, Palma Azul can accommodate 70 people, while accommodating 40 people in assembly configuration.
Outdoor Areas
Both Corales and Ceibas meeting rooms have lobby-type external areas where guests and attendees can gather. Palma Azul meeting room is surrounded by a terrace where you can host 350 to 450 people, depending uppon the type of event held.
